High Beam is a full-service event planning and production company. We can handle everything from an outdoor concert for 15,000 to an awards banquet for 1,000 or a birthday party for 50. We've got over 60 years of combined event experience so you can be assured that our pre-planning, onsite management, and post-conference debriefing will be on target.

When a mortgage company wanted to entertain potential clients during a convention in Austin, they turned to High Beam to create a casino night complete with showgirls and an Elvis impersonator. For a publishing company we created tropical islands in a hotel ballroom. And for a world-renowned motivational speaker we provided custom cowboy hat fittings and sepia-toned guest photos on site. We've even built a branded skateboard ramp and served birthday cakes shaped like teapots.
